Service Plans
Pro Plan
- No service fee (costs included in product unit price)
- Full supplier sourcing and negotiation
- Quality inspection and guarantee
- Door-to-door logistics
Basic Plan
- 5% service fee (minimum $100)
- Work with your existing suppliers
- Quality inspection services
- Logistics arrangement
Order Process
- Inquiry: Submit your product requirements through our contact channels
- Quotation: We provide supplier options and pricing
- Confirmation: You approve the quote and provide order details
- Production: We manage the manufacturing process
- Inspection: Quality control before shipping
- Delivery: Goods shipped to your specified destination
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation
- We accept various payment methods including bank transfer
- Deposits may be required for certain orders
- Final payment is typically due before shipment
Quality Guarantee
We are committed to product quality:
- All products undergo inspection before shipping
- We guarantee replacement or compensation for quality issues caused by our negligence
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving goods
- Photo/video evidence is required for quality claims
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping methods include air freight, sea freight, and express courier
- Delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or force majeure
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for supplier actions beyond our control
- Force majeure events release us from obligations
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your product designs and specifications
- We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from clients
- We do not source counterfeit or trademark-infringing products
Confidentiality
- We keep your business information confidential
- Supplier and pricing information is proprietary
- We do not share your details with competitors
Termination
- Either party may terminate the business relationship with written notice
- Outstanding payments remain due upon termination
- Ongoing orders will be completed unless otherwise agreed
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation
- Unresolved disputes may be submitted to arbitration
- These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
